Records that payroll recognises

Address, tax ID, social security number, health insurer, bank details, emergency contact. Tax ID and IBAN are validated by their check digits, and tax, social security and bank data are visible to HR management only.

Request leave, approve it, move it

Request, approve, reject, cancel — and move an open request instead of filing a new one. Working days and German public holidays are worked out for you, the allowance is booked along. Sick notes need no approval and still notify the location lead.

A roster you drag or tap

Shift types can be limited to one location. The grid answers to a mouse and to a finger — on the tablet in the kitchen as readily as at a desk.

A time account that adds up

Clock in and out, manual entries, a correction editor with a change log. A daily job closes each finished period and books the difference — hours worked plus paid absence, minus target. The balance breaks down period by period.

The team serves itself

In the portal people see their profile, their shifts, their leave — and fill in the payroll details themselves. Creating an employee produces an invitation link, valid fourteen days, usable once.

A backup that can come back

An encrypted copy of every personnel record, AES-256 per entry, opened by any common archiver with the backup password. Restoring happens from inside the site: preview the archive, confirm explicitly — and today's state is saved first. Every time.
